Carmina Burana

My mom and dad took us to see Carmina Burana at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The chorus, wind symphony and dancers were all UMKC Conservatory students. It was a three hour sound and sight thrill ride.

Weekend Update

Friday night Brett and I saw Oleanna at The Living Room and then had dinner at the Rieger Hotel.  Saturday we picked up pork from Paradise Meats. Sunday we ate said pork.  It was a super weekend.

Valentine Treats

Smoking' Guns BBQ for dinner and Christopher Elbow chocolates for dessert courtesy of my fine husband. And New Girl was funny last night.
